I have been a Sports Therapist & Fitness/Holistic Therapist for over 12 years and i specialize in Deep Tissue/Sports Massage/Sports Injuries/musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

I provide a true deep tissue massage once the tissues have been prepared and although uncomfortable at time it is healing and promotes flexibility. 

My whole work is aimed at TMJ release, general facial muscle tightness and body muscle knowledge with a high interest in Sports and Injury prevention.

With a wealth of experience from working within sports Industry as a provider for personal training spin classes & combat too taking part as the athlete and putting my muscles and body through its paces as a trainee jockey, working at Facegym and spending many years receiving and reviewing sports and holistic treatments for my own healing, I can provide a vast array treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

 

I aim to get clients back to full fitness as quickly as possible with our range of sports based and holistic based treatments and services. I provide specific strengthening and exercise rehabilitation to assist with your recovery if needed.

At Rejuvenate Within I believe that everyone deserves to feel relaxed and enlightened and the goal is to provide a service that treats and supports Body, Mind, and Skin. This is something that I have worked towards and I will continue to do so.


Being a therapist is more than a job - it reflects a core part of me that wants to be able to support and provide the best treatment possible for you and I enjoy getting to know you at a real level. 

 

My knowledge started because of personal health circumstances with my little one and myself and through those years I researched, I studied, I tried a lot of therapies and saw what you can achieve.


I want to share the success of my research and provide that well being balance over to you.

Holistic wellness supports that all individuals may play a role in their own wellness rather than relying solely on a medical model to treat illness and disease. It involves looking at the health of the Mind, Body and Spirit as a way to promote well being. 
 

Holistic therapy treats the whole person. ‘Holistic’ comes from the Greek word holos, meaning ‘whole’.

 

Rather than just addressing an immediate symptom, a Holistic Therapist will look for the underlying cause by considering current physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of health and wellbeing. They will then work to restore the body’s natural balance, leading to a more sustained and rewarding quality of life. 
 

While it has been effectively used for centuries, the scientific community today is now recognizing the importance holistic therapy plays in maintaining good health and overall well being.

I have tried to do my skincare routine while doing something else and it nearly always ends with a favourite serum spilling.
